At Pinnacle Fitness Gym, you’ll be surprised at the number of group fitness classes we hold per week. We have a variety of fitness classes to accommodate the early riser to the late office worker. We understand that getting to the gym can vary from day to day and this is why our fitness group classes are scheduled throughout the day.

I am 47 and a member for more than 5 years. I find the classes challenging (I wouldn’t go if they weren’t) however the instructors are more than happy to show you alternatives and are always happy to discuss techniques or any concerns.
